6 Simple Steps to Achieve Fabulous Feet and Sexy Looking Toes
The hardest working parts of the body is probably our feet. They come in direct contact with the ground making them the dirtiest and the most abused body parts. Therefore, it is important to give attention and care to our feet.
Step One
Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes. Add two or three drops of lavender oil for relaxing effect.
Step Two
Gently exfoliate hard skin using a pedicure file while soaking. Dry the feet thoroughly particularly between the toes to avoid fungus infection.
Step Three
Leaving less than 1/8 inch long white tip, trim toenails straight across to avoid ingrown nails. Always use a pair of high quality toenail clippers that can cut through in a single stroke. Using an emery board, nail file/shaper, file in one direction to keep nails from chipping/splitting.
Step Four
Gently sand down any ridges on your nails in one direction with a nail buffer. It exfoliates the nails, which helps varnish stay on longer and increases blood flow to toes, stimulating healthy nail growth.
Step Five
Apply cuticle remover to gently soften and lift cuticles. Gently push back excess cuticles using a cuticle stick wrapped in cotton wool. Apply cuticle oil and massage over the cuticles and nails.
Step Six
For a final treat, massage in a moisturizing foot conditioner to cool, soothe and refresh.
